About Ekam

We started by trying to buy one decent diffuser and finding it much harder than it should have been.

How this started

The first unit we bought was chosen on a photograph. It arrived with a tank half the advertised size, a motor you could hear from the next room, and no indication anywhere of how long it would actually run. It went back. The second one was better but the listing had said nothing useful either — we had simply got luckier.

That is the gap this shop exists to close. Aromatherapy equipment is not complicated, but the listings around it are unusually vague, and the numbers that matter — tank volume, run time on each mode, how loud the thing is — are the ones most often left out.

How we choose what to stock

We keep the range small on purpose. Every unit here is one we would put in our own front room, and we would rather carry nine diffusers we can describe honestly than ninety we cannot.

Where a maker publishes tank size and run time, we carry those figures straight through to the product page without rounding them in our favour. Where a maker does not publish them, we say so rather than filling the gap with a guess.

What we do not do

We do not bundle oils you did not ask for to make a price look better. We do not run permanent "sale" pricing against an invented original. And we do not claim that any product here treats, cures or prevents anything — these are room fragrance devices, and that is all we will say about them.

Where we are, and how we ship

Ekam is run from shop no 21A, Grounds floor, Sanali Mall, Gun Foundry, Abids, Hyderabad, Telangana 500001, India. We sell and deliver within India only. Delivery is a flat ₹79 per order and free once the order reaches ₹1,999. You can pay by UPI, PayPal or cash on delivery, and returns are open for 7 days from delivery.
